Julie Albright Paralegal

As a paralegal, Julie plays an integral role managing all phases of litigation from initial client interviews through trial. Julie has 33 years of paralegal experience in multiple areas of law, including medical malpractice, insurance defense, commercial litigation, employment, product liability, and class action litigation. She has deep knowledge of legal support processes, as well as exceptional investigative and file management skills. Julie prides herself on her helpful and friendly demeanor and works closely with our clients.

Julie obtained her Paralegal Certification from the Texas School of Business in 1990 and continued her education over the years through community colleges and at Portland State University. Her primary areas of study were Art History, Film, and Graphic Design.

Julie started her career in Houston working in family law, criminal defense, and plaintiff’s personal injury. She returned to her hometown of Bend in 1994, continuing her career at a small firm handling wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. She relocated to the Portland area in 2006, working primarily in insurance defense. During her long career, she has assisted in approximately 120 jury trials.

Julie recently moved to a small farm in the Chehalem Mountains where she cares for her dogs and chickens. In her free time, Julie enjoys long walks in the woods, reading, gardening, travelling, crabbing, and camping.
